4.5/5 ⭐️. Nick & Aiden were a pleasure and made the process smooth & fast as possible. Aiden is who I really worked with once in the dealership and he was a great sales man. We had a great time even during the boring paper work. The one thing I really appreciated was the communication, they were on top of everything and made the process go quick which I was thankful for. Knowing they are a faith based auto shop was a huge bonus, definitely felt like God lead me here. I was in a situation panicking not able to afford my previous vehicle, needed something cheaper but reliable and an auto dealer that was honest, and I got that. The only thing I was upset about was online they have $500 off advertised, I happen to text about a car and then right after fill the $500 information section and because I didn’t fill the $500 off first, I wasn’t able to have the promotion they advertise and I think it’s not right, because I filled info out back to back and me looking at one and requesting info isn’t selling a deal right away. I was told it’s to “pull people in for business, and because I already wrote on a vehicle it wasn’t able to be used” and me as a customer who was doing “business” feel I should still have something that’s advertise on the site, that’s the only reason why I would give a 4.5 star, yes I gave the 5 so it doesn’t affect their business rating because I do believe this is a great place and I don’t believe their rating should go down in any way. I do recommend to fill that out prior to doing any talking with them though so you don’t miss out like I did, because I wish I knew ahead of time.

I was in the market for a used car. Searched online for something affordable and came across Redemption Auto who had a Toyota camry. I drove here without any prior contact and was happy to see they had the vehicle on the lot. I came on a rainy cold Saturday and was greeted by Isabella and Kyle. They were super friendly and educated on the entire process. I am pleased to have done business with them and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. 3 weeks later and the car runs perfect. Thank guys!
